MSR APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for your interest in the Medical Student Representative
Program (MSR)! This exciting program was created specifically
with the needs of medical students, residents and fellows
in mind. As an MSR, your primary responsibility will be to
build awareness of PRACTICE Opportunities Online™ programs and to encourage residents and fellows to visit this
web site.
You
will be working as an independent contractor rather than as
an employee of PRACTICE Opportunities Online™ or GMRI. You will be in control of your own outreach activities,
how much time you choose to put into the program, and during
what hours you conduct your outreach. The program was designed
with the intention that medical students could carry out the
majority of their MSR activities while going about the normal
activities associated with their clinical rotations.
To
apply for the MSR program, please print out a copy of the Independent Contractor
Agreement. We recommend keeping a copy of this document
for your records. (Viewing

Your
complete application will include the following three documents:
- A
signed copy of the Independent Contractor
Agreement
- A
short cover letter indicating where you anticipate to be
completing your clinical rotations
- Your
resume or CV
